Items of Interest

Items of interest is an email sent every Thursday or Friday to the member list.  It is place for members to notify other members of interesting items including events and happenings taking place within our four county area. An item may also be an advertisement for such things as: “For Sale by Owner”, “Wanted”, “Free”, etc.
Items will not be accepted of any religious, political or commercial nature (Ex: Realtor listings, Avon, etc.).

Submit your item on this form or simply email Bob Jones. Be sure to include short descriptions and your contact information including the member’s full name and phone number. If your submission is by email please include the subject line Item of Interest. Items must be submitted each week by noon on Wednesday to be included in that week’s distribution.  The items will then be consolidated and distributed on Thursday/Friday via email to the member list. Ads will run for one week. If you wish to repeat an ad, simply re-send it to Bob the following week.

To minimize the impact on subscribers to Member List, all items will be consolidated into one weekly mailing.  If you would like to opt-out of the Items of Interest distribution use this form.

Items are only accepted from members for members.  Businesses, non-profits and other organizations are invited to advertise on the public face of our web site.  Take a look at our sponsors page and our sponsor benefits page for additional details.
